Topic: main causes of contamination.
Objective: to identify the main causes of the contamination.

Road trafic are the major urban pollutants because they circulate daily, throwing toxic gases into the air that are harmful to health. These vehicles pollute due to combustion of the hidrocarbons they use to move, and the wear of the brakes and wheels.

In cities there is another source of pollution such as building and demolitions. These activities release dust and gases that demage the air in the area where they are developed, and in turn pollute the water where they dispose of their waste.

Deforestation: the indiscriminate cutting of trees in forests and jungles prevents the trees in charge due to havinge of purifying the air from carrying out this task and thousands of animals and plants become extinct due to having nowhere to live and grow.

Pesticides and chemicals: used in crops, they contaminate the soil and water in the area where was sow. Even contaminating , alarmingly, many foods.

Activity: make a sinoptic table about the main causes of contamination.
