Topic: Characteristics of the Nicaraguan population.

Objective: To know about the characteristic of he Nicaragua population.

Population mean: the group of people who live in a certain territory, call thiss country, city, municipality, neighborhood, region etc.

Origin of the population:

Our neighborhood people who dettled in the territory of Nicaragua come from Mexico, had different languages and customs, were located in the differente geographical regions of the country, preferably on the banks of lakes, rivers, and lagoons, as this allowed them to meet needs such as obtaining water and carriying out activities such as plating crops and fishing that provided them with food.

With the arrival of the Spanish the indigenous population underwent great changes; As for the number, this was notably reduced due to the different formsof exploitation, forced labor, deseases inflicted by the between indigenous groups and the Spanish invaders.

The Etnic composition, the population that survided the mistreatment and forms of exploitation by the Spanish mixed with the conquerors giving rise to miscegenation.

Nicaragua is made up of a diversity  of ethnic   groups that make it a multiethnic and multicultural country. These groups preserve their language, their forms of social organization and  ownership of land and natural resources.
